A bundle of joy!! That’s the best way to describe that perfect little stranger that is going to join your family or a friend’s family. Whether it’s a boy or girl, it doesn’t matter, as long as it has the ten fingers & ten toes and is healthy! And, of course you have to have the baby shower! For a really easy recipe for some yummy cookies, use 1 cup of peanut butter, one cup of sugar and one egg. Mix them up, drop by the spoonfuls on to a cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes @ 325 degrees. That’s all there is to it. For a fun twist, add chocolate chips to the dough, or drizzle caramel on top while they are still warm. Double or even triple the recipe depending on how many guests you are expecting. If you still don’t think you have time, there are delicious cookie combos that you can order along with the gift basket. They are even wheat free and flour free for the sensitive stomachs or the carb conscious guests. Delicious and unique. Simply unwrap and place on a plate. If you have the shower at around 1pm, it’s after lunchtime and you can simply have a veggie tray and a plate of cookies and not have to worry about serving lunch.
